Default We took advice....

and bought ourselves a male gerbil for the female gerbil. Took 4 days swapping them from tank to tank to get used to each other's smell. They sleep together, and play together as well, so i think they are a match made for each other

Lovely gerbils but keep an eye on them in the rotastak.
They are very likely to chew their way through it in a very short time.

I kept mine in a plastic cage and they took aobut 3 weeks to chew a hole in it. I now keep them in tanks.

We've had her in that rotostak a wee whiley now.. we even expanded and got them the spaghetti juntion as well lol..

We did notice on a couple fittings that were troublesome fits that there was a bit of chewing going on. Thankfully they supply with spares. We also put black tape round the fittings in the ghost one to prevent them from getting loose. We'll probably do the same with this spaghetti junction if we notice any weeknesses. So far it seems quite tough
