Buddy our youngest yellow lab was pretty bad with travel sickness as a pup, right through to being about 7months old, but we got a homeopathic remedy for it which worked very well, and within 4 or 5 journeys with him taking the remedy he was fine, no problem at all
The remedy is petroleum/tabacum/cocc 30c......this is a homeopathic remedy, and will cost you anywhere between £3-£6 and you should get quite a few little pills in the tube, they usually come like a little sugar ball or like a small white tablet........
Not sure if you use homeopathy or not, but in case not, all you do is, take the dog on the journey, as soon as you see him/her panting, slavering etc give them a pill (if they spit out you'll need to drop at back of throat)....but you shouldn't have a prob.....it's a lab

......once the 1st pill is taken you basically give another and so on at any sign of sickness......don't worry, even if you have to give 6,7,8 pills you cannot overdose so no harm will come to the dog

......we have 6 labs and homeopathy on all ours if needed, and only use conventional vet attenention if absoloutly necessary.......any probs give me a shout and I will help out where i can
