What substrate have you got them on? Sometimes wood based beddings cause this.

what bedding do you use? don't use woodshavings. this can cause respiritary infections. You will need to take the sneezing rat/s to the vets. This sort of infection can lead to fluid in the lungs and fatality. I have dealt with this in the past, please trust me when I say you need to take him/her to the vets

I'll bet the pet shop kept them in glass tanks on wood shavings..... usually the source of these kind of respiratory problems..... grrrrrrr

Rats are extremely prone to respiratory infections, it may be worth getting it to the vet and have it put on some antibiotics. Ensure there are no draughts near the cage...

Also bear in mind that rats often sneeze when stressed out.

It is often observed that newly bought rats sneeze for a period of a week or so, then stop once they have settled down.

If you are following all the advice given above, but they have still been sneezing for more than a week after you bought them, then it might be worth seeking a vets opinions.

Also bear in mind that if a vet prescribes antibiotics, it will most likely be Baytril - this is not recommended for young rats, so see if they can offer an alternative.
