I would also be interested. Depends on what finances are at the time of course and also on hubby. I have to let him think he gets to make decisions on things lol

No, I've never had this conversation with you before, you must be thinking of someone else.

The obvious way to work it out would be if there were any statistics (for example, if Serpenco had commented on it previously) about percentage of non-eaters when the snakes stay with the breeders vs. when sold out-of-egg. Obviously you don't know if each individual snake is a potential eater or non-eater, but if one year the percentage of snakes you kept that were non-feeders was, say 5% (chosen at random), and when sold on immediately after hatchling the percentage was 25%, that would be a pretty good indicator that selling them OOE was not good for the snakes involved I don't know if there's any stats on it, or any comments made by breeders who've tried it before, hence asking you in my last post.

You could also have a Serpenco style adult sale too ....

[above makes sense obviously, but i dont think nige gets a huge amount of troubles with feeders...and dont think that would be in mind with this idea]

Nige, i think yourv got plenty of feedback as it is but we would also be interested in that.

to be honest toyah, unless buying from these large american establishments i find that they dont often want to talk..
i dont know what the figures are, but at the end of the day the snakes would all go to experienced homes... so all would have as good a chance as any or living.
as for the adults? one dilemma there hun, rich has 800+ adults... i have marginally less than that, at maybe 30 lol..so probably wont be doing mass sales on those at the mo.. although there may be a similar style yearling one as i am growing a lot on that i want to chose from and will sell the others.
