That was on "04-19-2007, 11:34 AM" and I still haven't got it. I also sent a pm "04-25-2007, 07:51 PM" to which I have so far had no reply apart from your abuse on the forum.

The only reason I posted was because kennedykrew also had not received his purchase and I wondered if anyone else was in the same position or if it was a genuine mistake on your behalf. It seems I shouldn't have given you the benefit of the doubt. All you had to do was send the item to me with an apology for the delay.

At no point have I accused you of anything but your comment on here today "(**abusive**) go on paypal ask for a refund" puts you in a bad light. Why should Paypal pay out to cover your back.

You do realise I could take this much further unless I receive the item first class asap or a refund plus interest for the loan along with said apology. People like you spoil forums like this for all of us.

If PayPal refund our money you can be sure that they will be looking to recover their costs from him, and they have a lot more clout than individuals like us do. If he ends up on the receiving end of their legal department I'd hate to be in his shoes, as they certainly won't cut him as much slack as we have!

I must admit I have held off reporting him to Paypal in the hope he come up trumps but I think it will have to be done tomorrow. He's had his chance to prove he's honest.

If someone tried ripping me off like that i wouldnt care where they lived even if i had to travel 100 miles or so i'd go pay them a visit with a few mates and then i'd get my money back , people like this spoil it for others and then we buy things off other people were thinking "can we trust them"

It makes you not want to trust anyone but yourself when this comes up. Scamming is bad enough when its a complete stranger whos across the pond in Nigeria or Spain but its worse when its a regular forum user, ya start to get paranoid ideas that he's just been trolling the forum and looking to scam from others. If it was just ones persons item not turning up but when its several around the same time its more than coincidence. It wouldnt surprise me if it was James Metcalf, he has bad rep with tarantula keepers and the forums so jumps here with an alias name. both in Middlesbrough
