So you would rather save a £20 than the safety and health of the snake by saving money. You are not fit to keep snakes the way you are treating them. Sending them through post and I dont care what bulls*@t you come up with it dont cost £6 to post a snake given it costs that for a spider that weighs bugger all. Its people like you why others think that reptiles should be banned from the pet trade. You sick scummbag, rather save money by not using a courier. Besides if anyone buys off you they pay for the courier anyway. Where are the pictures and details of the snake and how we know you're not a scam.

I'm sorry, I don't know how much it costs to SEND a snake by TNT - I've only ever had animals delivered to me, and I paid £25 in addition to the cost for the animals for the shipping. You'd need an account with TNT to send them by courier as well. Try having a look at Welcome to TNT UK for pricing.

Even by Royal Mail Special Delivery it is completely illegal to send a reptile. Here are the Royal Mail's rules:

Quote:
Living creatures
Certain living creatures are accepted only if enclosed in packs constructed so as to prevent injury to staff, its agents or damage to other packages.

The following are accepted: Bees, Destroyers of noxious pests and other insects sent to or from officially recognized institutions, Leeches and certain parasites, Silkworms.

In addition the following may be sent to destinations in Zones 1 to 3: Caterpillars, Earthworms, Fish fry and eggs, Lugworms, Maggots, Mealworms, Pupae and chrysalides and Ragworms.
Those are the only living things that can be shipped by Royal Mail. From that... it sounds like tarantulas and other spiders are also forbidden.

tarantulas and scorpions arent forbidden as they are still classed as inverts along with the other insects. Online ordering spiders would never survive if they werent allowed to be sent through royal mail. They dont specify that they are able to send but its not illegal either to send tarantulas and scorpions. General public dont aknowledge spiders and therefore dont specify them, ive sent spiders through post with no problems and is done by everyone in the hobby. Many of the reptile pet shops with websites will state that they do not ship reptiles through courier and collection only but will sell inverts through RMSD or some form of shipping. One way or another it is not illegal to send spiders in mail it just hasnt been specified.

How often are they feeding?
How old are they exactly?
What temp do they need to be kept at, and what humidity level?

No, there is no other courier in the UK that will carry reptiles.

If someone isn't willing to pay for shipping legally AND they're not willing to collect directly from you... you probably shouldn't sell to them.

I personally don't see any problem with paying more in courier costs to get a good snake to me than the snake costs - and if I were buying two, for example, the courier is "half as much" per snake.

Laws in Poland may well be different to laws in the UK. It's not legal in the UK to ship snakes via the Post Office.
