are they hand reared? may help u in ur sales..

If they were hand reared i wouldnt be advertising them for breeding and that they are proven

I think that I've heard that if you have two birds they bond with each other rather than you and that they can get possessive over their mates?

Might be wrong though, I'm no bird expert :icon_redface:

Hand reared birds will breed yeah but once you put them with a mate they are no good as pets as you obviously want them to bond with the other bird and no longer you. If i was selling them as hand reared i would advertise them as pets not as breeders if you understand.both the cockatoos actually are quite tame especially the male

cockatoos are aa pain to breed,very oftern the male ends up killing the female,i lost 2 hens this way,good prices by the way if they have bonded and ready for goin down

its mainly mollucan cockatoos that will kill the female, my mum has successfully bred cockatoo with no problems
