Don't know about that, but I did once sell a Soft Air Pistol on Ebay in a similar way. They yanked it first time around so I offered a Dozen Soft BB's for sale with the option of the Gun if the winning bidder so desired, it went for a reasonable price.

Can only imagine it would be a discretionary thing open to the Ebay staff!

It has been tried before, they usually get pulled but occasionally they do get through. Not really an ideal way to sell a snake though IMHO.
