I think snails can be sold as livefood, of course you don't have to use them as livefood!

I was looking on ebay for a cheap-ish Viv for my mum (she has a 06 beardie that's growing fast!) and found a viv that came with 2 leopard geckos! People do advertise stuff like that on ebay, seems silly though as you'll just get reported and bad rep for selling live stuff!!

It seems to be more and more common these days to see vivs sold on ebay with reps. What is the point when they can do exactly the same on classified ads or more so using a forum like this. At least that way there are more people to see it than on ebay. Plus with ebay you have no idea who is getting the reptile with the viv and they could know jack s**t about keeping them and buy them on impulse not knowing the care properly. I said the same argument when people were selling small tanks with chile and curly hair slings, at the end of the day it is going to be people wanting the spider cos it looks cool and can scare friends and goes to someone who knows nothing about its husbandry and buys on impulse, at least on a classified or forum generally they have read up and and are clued up to some extent of the needs. funny how ebay like to spend more time searching through for any copied dvds and spot them straight away but it takes several reporting to notice a reptile being sold. At the end of the day ebay are crap in this department even though they have tried to become more strict and uptight on selling rules

Default Wondering

Not that I'm going to but does anyone know if you could sell a vivarium and accessories and throw in a free reptile?
