how does rep insurance even work? does it mean you claim money back on fees or what? i dt get it

works the same as dog or cat insurance exotic direct are very good when i had my corns tail amputated they paid out very quickly but y only cover 9 reptiles lol im heading that way soon just need 4 more and i doubt it will be long till i reach that im upto 5 so far
