Default Adult grey rat snake for rehoming.

I have an adult male grey rat snake availiable for rehoming to the right keeper. He is just over 5 feet long and should not grow much larger. he lives quite happily in a 48" x 18" vivarium.

He is very inquisitive and will investigate anything that catches his eye. He is not aggressive ( I have had him for nearly 3 years and he has bitten me twice ) but he is quite defensive if you are not confident with him. So for this reason, you should be quite used to handling adult rat snakes and not phased by open mouthed hissing.

He is a lovely animal with bags of character and his only 'defect' is the very end of his tail is missing due to retained shedding when he was younger... which has healed over perfectly.

If you are interested in giving Laurence a home and you are used to dealing with adult male rat snakes then please get in touch. I am in no real hurry to move him on but it would be nice to free up his vivarium for other snakes that need it.

I do not charge rehoming fees.

Steve.
