I am sorry - I didn't want to become involved in this thread because I feel you have insulted my friends and thier VERY reputable business in your comments in said PM.

I would like to point out that the reason that TNT would not sue is for the simple fact that what has been said about them is true! They willopenly admit that multiple members of staff handle the packages in their depots daily, that some packages become damaged and that due to the high volume of parcels going through thier depots, they can't always offer the personal touch.

To compare Rep Taxi to TNt is, in my mind, disgusting. I have never, ever heard a bad word said about the girls and the servie they provide which as far as most are concerned is 2nd to none.

I do wish you well in your venture and appreciate that in the South of the country, prices are generally higher for everything and that the fact that you only do 1 job per day affects the pricing you have chosen but I genuinely feel that as your PM was made public you do owe the girls an apology int he same way - public because what you said, regardless of your initial intention is deflamatory and a large insult to the vey hard work the girls have done building up what is the most successful animal courier service in this field.

we have done a job today, one customer, one collection, one delivery one job but still only charge the same rate so how can that be like tnt or any other carrier, we respect your expressing your own opinion, but please dont rate what you dont know, have you ever used our service? have you even asked around about our service? you cannot say you are offering a 'different' or 'better' service as you dont even know us. but let me tell you one thing, the forum members who have commented on this thread have used our service and are happy to use our service and also know their reptiles will arrive safe, well, and cared for, for a reasonable price.

to be fair, value wise, care wise and cash wise, i dont think its really possible to do it better than ditta.
i was one of the people thinking it was dodgy at 1st, i'll admit it... but then met one of the girls and had a chat... i thought they were pretty professional.
i havent heard any real complaints, there is the one about money... but when someone has to come from manchester to london and drop in cornwall its not gonna be cheap.
they barely cover costs.
