Hi.
I dont think it was a free bump to be honest, and it probably is more than fair to ask you to use a variation of the name rather than "reptile taxi" itself... as atleast it appears..Ditta was first and thus the standard direct name "Reptile taxi" with nothing before it or following it and emphasized should not really be used.

thanks dean, it has taken us a lot of time and effort to build up our reputation and business and dont want the reptile taxi name being associated with others. does that sound selfish?

Yes I got to admit that you cannot advertise as a 'reptile taxi' when ditta and Sarah use the name for THEIR business, you will confuse others and then they could get calls for you and vice versa.....
You can advertise yourself as an animal courier as you dont just deal in reptiles alone. Good luck with your venture but be careful about stepping on toes LOL. |

thats cool as i said before in my thread i wasnt using it as a name but the professional service that we provide we have been transporting pets for sometime and felt that we could also provide the service for reptiles i appologies for any confusion

yeah he already said it wasnt his name and it was just what his service is. i definitally think something with the word courier in it will be good though as when i was searching i googled courier not taxi
