For sale is our CB06 Amel corn, he's not as big as our other 06's as he was a slow starter with feeding, he now feeds fine as long as the following is remembered:

He still ignores any attempt to feed him when he is in shed, not a problem as you know but this guy has never yet fed during shed.

He does not strike feed, prefers to take prey left in with him, it doesn't take long, not overnight or anything. He just isn't striking yet.

He's reluctant to- move up sizes in prey, normally he just makes you wait a few more weeks than you thought you would. At the minute he is eating rat pups weekly.

He is not as small as some shop fed 06 hatchlings just had a slow start.

He has the usual corn outlook and has never struck,bitten or even tail rattled.

He has been kept on kitchen roll throughout his younger life and is now on aspen with no issues, he likes his food left on top of his hide However if it is your preference he will happily tub feed too.

Thats about as much information as I can think of but feel free to ask any questions I havn't covered.

We don't know about his hets as we don't know his parents hets but he was produced from an amel and snow pairing.

Reason for sale:

We have had two corns bought as female probe as male, the only viable future partner for him we have is his sibling and we never intended to breed them. We simply need either new blood, a bit of cash to replace him with an unrelated 'her' or a swap for something that will fit into any of our other planned breeding programmes, or even something a little different, the snake is actually Sami's so I won't get much of a say

we will include the faunarium he is currently in, with his hide, water bowl and the substrate that's in it for £10, so £60 for snake and setup, which will do him for another couple of months at least.

i have had a couple of people ask about him, but would rather he went to someone on the forum, so we can watch his progress

edited to add:~ cash is the preferred option.

not interested in hatchlings, unless they are at an equal level to the money we are asking for him, and something we are after!
we have spent a year on this one, don't really want to start again, unless it's something we really want ~ ie lavender/bloodred or combination of the two.

we are selling excess animals to our breeding plans as we need the cash for another project. would just take a swap if it was something we really wanted.
