I havent sent my passport off yet.
It doesnt run out till December but i have been told I may have to renew it as i need 6 months left on it ?
Im confused.
Its a under 18 passport.

Passport office suggest you renew 3 months prior to travelling. Maybe that has changed but it was 3 months when I was going away about 4 years ago.
