This was far too close for comfort - a herd surprised us out in Namibia because we weren't paying enough attention at the time. Managed to get a couple of nice close-ups though...

Unedited, uncropped etc.

Edit: You might need to press F11 to get it all on your screen...

Sid - Mossy Gecko eating a bannana!!! He is normally very very shy, and generally cant be handled, but this was different, he just kept on munching this!! SO so cute.
( not too close, as i dont have a macro!! but close enough :P )
