I would have to say take a look at 'Devilsofdarkness' pic thats one impressive fish!! Even the bubbles look awesome!! lol Oh and i put my best pic up of willow my beardie,but now i've seen others i'm a bit ashamed lol

Perhaps,i did think that when i saw the bubbles on the left,only the poster can tell us,still a brilliant pic though.

yea it is an effect, it looks like its has the background turned black and then bubbles added as if you look, all the bubbles are on one level! non are set back or forward!

(Not aimed at devilsofdarkness)
but all submitters in the rules it does say to state the editing that has been done to your pics, e.g borders, writing, cropping, enhancing, colours and effects.
