Elements 5 is just the budget version of photoshop, does most of the tricks but not got all the bells and whistles, think it may be up to 7 or 8 now tho coz had mine for ages.

I used a Canon 400d for that one and i use a 5D for work. What camera r you using?

When you did photography in 6th year was it digital? I did the same in 5th an 6th year but we were still on 35mm film SLR's and writing on pieces of slate back then

yeah im old school it was all film and solutions then, we only ever realy got to use black and white though as it was the criteria or some bo**ocks. did do some colour and manipulation work though in my own time, was pretty luck to be able to use the dark room in our free periods, and our tutor was real helpful.

i have a kodak easyshare z710, its only 7.1 mega pixels, but on macro with the light from my U.V it takes a fairly good picture. i have access to my step mums camera, it is a real smart one, but not very friendly lol. took some pics with it on sunday, once she uploads and emails them to me will put them up.

is elements 5 easyer to use than photoshop?

I like the easyshare, alot less hassel than most dslrs anyway, TBH 7.1 megapixels is more than enough unless you want to blow up your pics to poster size. Kodak are pretty reliable when it comes to colour too, especially if you get your pics printed at a shop that uses kodak printers and paper.
