I have lots of torts of various ages, some of which I have taken in after they have been bought as pets for kids then neglected as they are so boring.
I live in cornwall with large gardens and lots of sunny weather down here.

As I take in unwanted torts I dont have much spare cash as the ones I have cost loads to keep.
I can offer him a good safe knowledgeable home, not some horrid pet shop that would sell him to anyone to make a quick buck.
You say you would drop the price for the right person?
I can collect him from cornwall but it will probably cost me £100 in travel expenses.
I dont really need any of his equipment as I have plenty but always welcome extra as I never know when more torts may arrive.
If it is more important for him to go to a good safe home rather than you make a few quid at the expense of his happiness, then I can offer him a home.
