All they need in regards to lighting, is a source of UVB with the strength of 5.0 + (preferably 8.0 or 10.0) and a bulb that heats the basking site to between 90-95F. Both of these bulb should be situated so the beam is focused on the dry basking area.

I've just looked that bulb up, it looks OK for the UVB (it's 5.0), it should say the distance to have it on the box. All you need now is a household bulb to heat the basking site.

Yeah just use the repti-glo and get a separate bulb for heat. Personally I would choose the normal clear bulbs as it's more natural, you can use household spot bulbs. Remember being cold blooded, turtles rely on us to provide the correct temps, this is vital and something many people over-look.
