Default Help... my tortoise is only 8 years old...

and weighs close to 100 lbs... is it growing too fast...?

or maybe it's this nasty diet I'm forcing them to eat...

Take a note... they all eat the exact same thing... notice the middle tortoise. He likes to stay out in the cold.

Are you talking about the tortoise or the keeper... the tortoise obviously does not need to loose weight.

As to the keeper... don't go there.

He has a shed... he chooses to come out in weather as cold as 32F.

This is my view from the desk as I type... the shed/house is on the right.

I'll post better shots later today.

Oh I'm pea green with envy... look at that view

I'd feel like I'd died and gone to heaven looking out my window to all those torts and that view... lucky, lucky you.

I wasn't insinuating you need to diet... as if I would be so rude

WOW ED...beautiful.....the torts that is...at last a picture in my mind!!

So...am I right in thinking...he eats...then stays out in the cold...so his food is processed more slowly/less efficiently?
