Just a note on what kaimarion said. A small enclosure has no direct effect on the turtles size, they're not like certain fish. Obviously small enclosure = small water volume which can lead to many problems. A vitamin/nutrient lacking diet can be a factor in stunted growth, but as Goat says at 12 months old the turtle should barely be half of that. I'm presume you're having a guess at total length? the correct way to measure a turt is to take the upper shell length (straight) in inches, this is known as SCL (straight carapace length)

As I said, the age im not sure about, I was told he is about 12 months old, but I think that was just a guss from the previous owner.

to be accurate he is 4 1/4 inches.

Age unknown, he has been fed on king british complete turtle food, so has been fed on the right stuff.

He is in great health, and seems very happy where he is, but I cant really accomodate for him/her if it grows any larger.

Just need somebody that can take him on and give him all the room he needs.

Aww, wish I had the room, I'd love a male for my old girl. My OH in all honesty, dislikes my terrapin, so I doubt I can sneak another one in! Good luck rehousing him though!
