Default Pics of my baby torts....

Here are a few pics of my two little Spur thighs which I bought off of Terrific Tortoise (Paul) from this website.

As you can see they are a couple of little beauties!!

sorry about the crap pics.... my camera doesent like taking close-ups!!!

The enclosure is the one Paul supplied with the torts and is exactly how he set it up for me, all I had to supply was the spot light and UVB tube.

For anyone thinking of buying baby tortoises I cannot reccomend Terrific Tortoise highly enough..both for the quality of service and the quality of the tortoises he sells.

Thanks for the kind comments guys...... they really are a testament to Pauls huge knowledge of the species and the care and upbringing they receive from him from hatchlings!!

They look amazing, I was thinking about getting a pair, how big do they grow ? what would you house them in when they are fully grown ?

Many thanks

Steve

Hi Steve,

Im probably not the best person to ask as im new to this myself.

The enclosure i have now will last them a few years as they dont grow particularly quickly.

Eventually I will section off an area for them in the garden and build them a bigger enclosure for indoors.

they will grow to the size of dinnerplates(ish)

Cheers,

Mark
