Question Baby terrapin has 'air' in his bum causing him to float his bum.

He is a small baby and is swimming round with his bum in the 'air', i know that they have sacs in their tails that pass air through while underwater. He is happy, and feeding ok and swimming around but i haven't come across this before, can anyone help please.

I have an adult & he does this sometimes. If it is a regular problem you need to review the diet. Possibly needs more veg & less protein also feed in smaller amounts.
