I've just replaced my ZooMed 10 - so having read the thread I've been having it turned off for more of the day, leaving only the heat bulb on.

I've noticed that they are more active underwater when the ZooMed bulb is turned off..

what strength u.v tube have you got now?

It was just the UV bulb, I think my tube is 10.0. (15 inch.) But my lil mans happy, so that's what counts!!
