I use Milton Fluid to disinfect all my equipment, when I bought some the other week a 1.25 litre bottle was about £1.60 from Tesco, 10p less than the smaller bottle right next to it on the shelf!

I use "trigene" at about 40-50 pounds for 5 Litres. I do not compromise on hygiene. Cheap fluids do not kill virus or fungi.

If you use Milton fluid, you aren't compromising on hygiene, as this kills bacteria, virus and fungi, you will just be easing the strain on your wallet.
In my opinion this is as good ,if not more effective than more expensive proprietary brands and it's got to be safe and effective, it's used for babies. That's some recommendation.

I beg to differ !! I was not aware that over the counter fluids kill viruses. I do not think that they use milton in Hospitals, vets or farm foot dips. They use expensive broad spectrum fluids.

Not only does it do all those things I said, the manufacturers guarantee it. A pretty bold claim to make when a childs health could be at risk if it didn't perform as stated.

It says on the bottle "proven to protect against all germs (bacteria, viruses, and fungi)..."
