what ever you do dont take ur tortise to a local vet it needs to be someone who knows about them taking them to a reptile shop would be better there they would tell u waht it would be and how to treat it vets just tell u one thing and its wrong there eye dot go white because they have something init it will be a bad infections offer him some plants melon only a small amout of it and apple and see how u go but i would toake him to ur reptile shop
