No don't do that there is no need just make sure she has a good laying site and wait. The gamma rays in the x ray might ruin your eggs and x ray can be a little bit stressful as they some times have to gaffa tape the animal to the plate.

Spur thighed ! There should be little spikes on the back of their legs. I would think about getting a good book.

Did not mean to confuse you but I recommend that any keeper has a book it which they can refere to any problems.

I have a copy of "The general encyclopedia in the keeping and breeding of turtles and tortoises" by A.C. Highfield and it has never let me down once !

But would it be possible since she has been in hibernation for so long i mean they only woke up 4 days ago! unless they mated in there little house???!!!
