Default Any Greek Tort owners out there?

I was just wondering if there are any Greek Tort owners out there? I'm new to the site but most people whose posts I've read seem to have Hermann's or Horsefield's.

I keep some 'greeks'. Although I prefer to use the term spur-thighed, or to refer to their latin name.

I have:
2.3.2 T.g.ibera
0.3.0 T.g.graeca (Morrocan)
0.0.2 T.g.graeca (Algerian)

Hi
I wasn't sure if spur-thighed referred to all the greek subspecies or not. I don't know what exact subspecies mine are - I'd love to find out but I've not come across a good sub-species ID guide - do you know of any?

This is a good one for distinguishing between T.g.graeca and T.g.ibera

Yep I have 4 x Ibera's. As Peter says the Greek Spur Thigh Complex is really fascinating. I've decided to keep my tortoise collection solely within the Greek Spur Thigh family. They come in all shapes, sizes and colours etc.

This forum have a specific zone for the spur thigh 'fancier' :-
