I don't feel I need to have done extensive research to advise- I haven't done any extensive research on such diet, *but* my source has. I've also seen tortoises fed on this diet and they are certainly not healthy.
It is extremely unhealthy.
I do have good experience of keeping tortoises in general, however, and I do know that the way I've kept my tortoises has been succesful, and I've been around forums long enough to have heard probably 100's of stories of the T-rex diet, the only one reccomending it for med species is you.
I know who I trust.
