Default Are these weeds ok?

Hi
Sorry for more questions!
I've been on a forage around the grounds at work (got a lot of odd looks but found some great weeds!). I've established that they've not been sprayed with anything but I just wanted to check one thing and also check I'd Id'd them correctly.
My first question is when you feed dandelion flowers do you feed the stalk too? It has that nasty sap so I wondered if that was a bad idea?

Ok here are the weeds:
1. I think this is white nettle - am I correct?

2. I think this is plantain - is that right?

3. I think this may be another type of plantain - the leaves were covered in tiny little bumps (it could have been diseased I guess but it was the same all over the grounds). I didn't pick any as I wasn't sure!

4. Is this another type of plantain (again I didn't pick it but I will if it's edible!)

5. Any idea what this is - it's all over the place and I was wondering if it's edible?

thanks
Nancy

Good edible and toxic plants site - Schildifutter - Futtertipps nicht nur fr Schildkrten- takes a bit if getting used to but it is an excellent site.

You need to select English though - unless you speak German !!!!!!!!!!!!

no.5 is definately good for torts, my sulcatas love it, its just as edible as the white variety of dead or sweet nettle and the purple flowers fluores more (i think thats how u spell it, means they glow more to tortoises) this attracts the tortoises eye more and seems to excite them, lol.

Whole dead netter plant is ok to feed .... pink or white variety.

Fairly sure that both Pulmonaria and Green Alkanet are not tort friendly foods, so best to avoid those.

Sorry - do you happen to know if campanula leaves are ok as well as flowers? I see it on every list but none specifiy if it's the whole plant.

I'm about to go out foraging again so will no doubt come back with more photos! sorry everyone - just want to make sure I'm right. I look at all the lists and photos but sometimes it's so hard to tell!
