Default The writings on the Egg

I now want to have a more professional approach to egg incubation ie not just putting them in the airing cupboard (even though I did hatch 3/3 yellow foots this way).

Can anybody please advise what pen to use so that I can mark eggs so I can make more accurate records. Make and model would be helpful.

hi i use a pencil just make sure its a soft lead and not to sharp as its easy to puncture the shell if you arent careful and you dont need to use any pressure to write with a pencil unlike some pens.

I was just about to ask exactly the same question, what do you use to write on your eggs. Better record keeping is needed here too!

By the way, any pictures of those yellowfoots?
