Definitely a RES, and it appears to be suffering from scute retention, have you had it long?

Scute retention is where the old scutes haven't shed properly, they build up and the shell looks lumpy, a bit like pyramidding in tortoises but the cause is different in turts.
This one does appear to be shedding a bit, but there are still one or two layers of old scutes firmly attached underneath. If it hasn't gone too far, which in this one it hasn't, then it's easily sorted with a combination of correct habitat and diet, the lack of which has caused it in the first place. Do you know how it was kept before you got it?
