yeah good plan! A nice salad of dandelions and strawberries for me for dinner tonight then! Oh and perhaps a shuffle around the garden tomorrow to soak up the sun. We could market it as the new anti-ageing Diet - Tammy's Diet

Beautiful tortoise..I got one given to me a month back...who is the same origins and her head markings and colourings are identical...I dont think she is as old.... the old lady who gave her to me had her for 50yrs...but has no idea where they got her and how big she was then.

Mine is totally blind...but she ate her way through two piles of weeds today ...I am some what relieved now. It was the first time she had eaten.

Good luck with this lovely old lady.

I think the real old ones are the best, also they seem to have had better diets over the years as I don't imagine people in those days could afford to give salad stuff to torts..congrats on yours..looks like we have a couple of rare ones x
