Default Outside?

Hey, I have a horsefield tortoise, Frank! He's doing great. The last few days I have been letting him outside for an hour or two of fresh air and sunlight.. So yesterday I made him an outdoor enclosure and I'm going to let him out through the day when I'm at work..
But today the weather is forcast light rain "Although the suns out and no rain yet" and a max of 14C and a min of 12C, could Frank go outside for a few hours?

He's about 2 year old..

I don't no about horsefields but I let my Leopards heat up for about 3 hours then put them out for a while if it is 15oc or above on the ground.

I always think a little fresh air and natural grazing is good for them even for a short while.

You could if your atleast got one eye on him but unless youve got a really secure enclosure this guys are great at digging and he could do so to escape. Also a 2 years old hes quite vunerable from predators but as long as your watching he should be fine i take my torts out all the time.
