Default How my leopards live

Ok so i was bored so took some pictures and everyone else is adding theres
I just love having leopard tortoises!!! never planned to have any but god i wish i had of had some sooner.
Right here goes
The front of the shed there little walk way- grass seed has been planted

First door open and you hit another, this is so that you can leave the first door open all day on nice days and all the heat does not escape (hot air rises)

On a nice day

i love my leos too! i am in the process of putting grass seed down and finnishing of the enclosure and greenhouse. i find it such a stress buster, and i love watching them all plodding around the garden.

Have got to agree - I have 3 and hopefully will be getting one more once the outside enclosure is done.

My male just loves human company - he follows me around - sits at my feet he is just amazing - on Saturday I got up and put their light and fire on and went back to bed - 10 mins later he came into the bedroom !!!!!!!!

Your enclosure looks great Sarah.

No they don't

I didn't realise that when I got mine but I am glad - I would worry too much if I had a hibernating tortoise !!!

In the Southern part of their range and at higher altitudes Leopards do hibernate...
