aww god bless him this is amazing ,were did he go missing from? i mean how did he get out,could he have been burried in your garden and put him self into hibernation last year when the weather turn cold,it may be he has just woken up with the warmer weather god bless him what a survivour, you will have to post pcs of him after his bath you are so lucky to have him back

Yes he went missing in the garden, we couldnt find any traces of him no patches that had been dug etc, we moved ornaments everything we could think of but just couldnt find him. We thought he had been taken or somehow escaped. He was found again back in the garden so he must have been buried down all winter until this warm patch we've had. He is lovely and clean again now, but his shell looks really flaky in places so Ill have to keep an eye on that, he's drinking but not eating yet. I still cant beleive hes back! I'll post another pic of him from today later on...

fair doos to him he is hard as nails by the sound of it, how old i he and what type of tort is he??

im amazed he came back, just goes to show we all spoil our torts rotten, to him he just did what was natural and thort nothing of it, i worry if it starts raining and mine is out lol
