As Littlefoot has already said the diet you are feeding is really not good for your tortoise, the products you list are either too high in oxalic acids (which inhibits calcium absorption) or of no nutritional value. Have a look at this link for a good list of edible plants/weeds:
Diet and healthy growth If you really need to supplement with supermarket products then go for things like watercress and the Florette bags of leaves which have a really good mix. Why do you not feed her one day a week?

I'm really pleased your tort is okay now but please do some reading on what diet you should be giving them - every day. This article is a good starter (scroll down for info on feeding med torts):

There are lots of weed seeds on ebay... just put in a search of tortoise seeds
![]() Advice on here is plant them in deep tubs and neglect them... I'm useless and couldn't get any to grow. There's quite a few easy to grow things you can get as well like roses, pansies, geraniums, cactus, hebe (flowers), strawberry plant leaves (only new growth though as older leaves become toxic)... just be careful if you buy any plants that you replant by knocking off all the original soil and planting into top soil then waiting for new growth before feeding as they will most like have been treated with pesticides. Dandelions are a good start though
