Default Id this tortoise

Can anyone tell me exactly what this tortoise is it was found about 21 or 22 years ago by my grandparents. I looked through a book years ago and the only thing it resembled was a hermanns tortoise so Ive always believed thats what it was. Someone else looked at it recently and they think its some kind of African tortoise.

Loooks like a Testudo Graeca Graeca, from Morroco? (I'm not sure on the actual region!)

Oh, probably is algerian, I'm not good with TGG's. I find them very confusing to ID, I was thinking algerian but I thought algerians where much bigger?
