Default Outdoor enclosure question

Would a enclosure of 2ft x 4ft be too small for a single tort?

I am recyling my old block of guinea pig cages, we have removed the shelves so its one big open space and layed it on its back. In total its about 4ft x 4ft so it would handy if I could divide it into two sections.

How big is the tort in question? Obviously a 15" tort couldnt be kept in it.

I think that size would be fine while they're so small Vicky and it sounds an ideal solution while your building work is being done.

I am going to put it on wheels so that we can move it around, well hopefully.

It was hubbies idea to use the old cage, its nice and high so plants can grow as well. Plus it will keep the dogs and cats away from them. Ive got to put a new top on it as well as we removed the old doors. Basically I have the back and 4 sides, its built out of nice thick plywood so is a perfect solution.

Im gonna start work on it tomorrow
