Default Advice please - best heat/uvb set up for me...

Right - I've got a 3ft x 2ft tort table, and an 18month old Herman..
The usual topsoil/sand mix etc...
Diet of weeds + the usual calcium supps.

Currently using a ceramic heat bulb in a clamp lamp, and a 5.0 uvb coiled bulb in a lamp...

What would be the best way to improve the heat / uv set up, so that it the best I can get for my tort ??
Strip uv lights ?
A combined heat / uv bulb ? Are they called Mercury vapour or something ??
Or are these too excessive for the size of the set up ?

Just want to get this right, for the sake of young "Tumble" !!

Many thanks,
Jason

I always recommend combine bulbs they last up to 3 years and give of great amounts of UVB

Id go for a 100w trex or mega ray.
