tank has been to the vets He wouldn’t tube he just wouldn’t come our of his shell AGAIN 2 days runningshe has gave me worming medicine to squirt on a pice of banana and another med for him for a difrent pice of banana>??????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????
I said I didn’t think you could feed banana and she said it will b fine to get this into him? she wants to see him again next week as soon as we were out of the vet he decided to come out he is a little bugger what do you think about banana b4 i give him it~? |

hi the other med that she gave us is lactilose which is to help him flush anything out of his system which one should we give him first?

If you administer the meds by just squirting in it's mouth you're likely to have a less cooperative tort as time goes on, best to exhaust other options first.
Banana is fine if you have to in small amounts, your little bloke hardly needs the added woe of potassium salts forming kidney stones as a result of bagloads of banana but a teeny it will be ok. Alternatively papaya or pear should spark interest equally well without being quite such a problem. ![]()
