The pond is looking good, but I would just leave them out there to get on with it, moving them in and out is stressful and they'll never settle down if you don't leave them alone. It will never get too cold for them in the UK in summertime, not cold enough to need to bring them indoors even overnight.

Ive had my turtle since sunday and he went straight out in the pond. I also worry about night time temps, so I have just been putting a sheet of perspex an an off-cut of pondliner over the pond to help keep the days heat in. Hes doing great so far

thanks graham, will leave them from tomorrow...the female eats like mad either in or outside, and if in the pond will come towards me until i feed her...

i had had bricks in, to keep the plants etc straight up, but i was worried incase one got stuck and drown....now its just more natural.

the last few days hasnt been good for basking....well it was at 5am, nice and sunny but soon went downhill
