Default 2nd gen hermans eggs

hi my home bred hermans miss T has just laid her second clutch this year 23 days after the first one, this is her second year laying . last year she laid 2 clutches of 6 and 4 eggs, this year its been 5 then 4. we hatched 3 youngsters from her last year, so who knows could be lucky again.she her self was hatched on 15th june 1997 after 59 days incubation.so she will be 11 years old on sunday.

Another great picture Terry - you must be so proud of all your new mums - how many eggs have you got incubating at the moment - I am definately on the list for the Jersey patient escort when your Leopards hatch !!!!!

awwww. so cute, i am quite envious terry! she looks like a beautiful girl. how many do you have altogether?

thanks for the kind comments, miss T looks like she will be a productive female her mother has laid 3 clutches in a season before so i have high hopes for her. i have another 2 females that have been with this male and are the same age as her but no eggs yet. although she always was the largest of the three,maybe next year. im waiting for eggs from my second generation graeca graeca this year but nothing yet and my big leopard is still holding on to her eggs.i have 26 med eggs in the incubator now and 26 leopard eggs i hope to see a few more yet although it was a late start to the year.

hi Anne let me know if you get over here your always welcome i cant guarantee leopard hatchlings though if any do hatch it wont be until at least september.the 2 i have now are 3 1/2 months and really active they go out most afternoons for a bit of sunshine they are still only 25grams each though
