Default Common Snapper

Took this photo of a friend's Common Snapper yesterday...



Don't let that short neck fool you, the head can suddenly shoot out in a fraction of a second and reach around behind, it has quite a reach and can inflict a very painful bite!

nice, whats the scl on that then??

it looks to be about the same size (maybe even bigger) as the male i used to have, my mate owns dunston exotics and the turtle now lives there in a 8ftx2ftx2ft tank as the shop pet


im not sure on his scl but thats my size 11 trainer in comparison

I'd guess around 16", maybe a bit more, I don't know if he's actually measured it.
