Default buying my first turtle

right,ive previously owned many royals and now a want to buy a turtle,so im after some help,id like to get one that doesnt grow to big and want to no everything,enclosure,size,heat,basking,everything if possible!o and also the price! any help would be much appreciated,thankyou!!!

Have you read the sticky at the top of this section about tank size and filtration? That's a good start, from that you can work out what size of tank you can accommodate, and that will dictate what species of turt you can keep.

TBH there aren't many species that don't grow big so your choice will be quite limited anyway!

Most of the other things you want to know will depend on what species you decide to get, so you really need to know that first.
