a little variation in urine colour is normal, just like in us people. but any very sudden or dramatic change can be a good warning sign.

I take my tortoises to a specialist vet - It takes us 45 mins to get there but it is well worth the journey to get good treatment from someone who knows his stuff.

i havnt bathed him recently but his water dish or tray is big enough for him to lie in, he used to soak himself everyday. Taking the typical porn star pose, with all his limbs out lol. He ate a load of dandelions today so might have been having a picky week...was mainly giving him mallow. All the same the mucusy things a lil weird so will try to get him to vets soon as poss!
