Completely normal - it's called urates & is nothing to be concerned about.

Don't worry this is urates and perfectly normal. He nis not pooing it but weeing it. Tortoises produce these as part of their water conservation system - mine only usually passes them when there is access to other sources of water around ie when he is in the bath. If they are gritty in nature this could mean that he may be a little dehydrated usually cured by increasing the ammount of baths he has a week - you don't say how old he is - if a juvanile then bathing every day is a good idea. Urates sould be the same consistancy as toothpaste - hope that all helps

It is still probably urates - my horsfield sometimes passes small ammounts and then sometimes large slimey stuff which almost looks like a worm (I admit te first time he did this is gave me a shock!)- it depends on how hydrated he is and what he has been eating

Sounds like a slight urate build up if its so large , a few good soaks will help flush the kidneys out and hydrate the animal
