i've had my Hermans tortoise for about 5 year now but he's about 7 year old, in the last few month he's started headbutting peoples feet when their sitting down and if you dont move them he bites you. Can anyone tell me why he's started doing it and can i do anything to stop him. He's the only tortiose in the house i would love to get another one but i think he's to aggresive. when u pick him up he's fine and really friendly but its like he owns the floor and doesnt want anyone on it.

#1... he's getting frisky... #2... he knows females like to be abused... if it's a dude... you have to question his sexual orientation.

my hermans paddy does this aswell, he only seems to do it to my husband tho....i thought it was because his feet smell haha

I have a freind and theirs goes for brushes or anything else vaguly, can never spell that word, shell like.he would probably make a females life miserable. I know i do!
