Default help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just went into my animal room, and my tort is making a weird noice almosty like he is have troble breathing, any idea help!

is his mouth open as he breathes? is his nose wet? what is he kept on soil or wood chips or something else ? has he got a basking lamp and what has he eaten lately?

this mouth is closed. its sound like a little bird. hes on soil and chips, he ate this morning some rocket and weeds

try giving him a bath. maybe he has a foreign body in his nares, this can make them whistle a little sometimes. and spray his soil a little (if you havent already) to reduce any dust.

he's in the bath now, i've spray his home too, will i need to take him to the vets?

if he is at the right temperature and doesnt have a damp nose or open mouth breathing then i would geuss its enironmental instead of medical. could he have ingested a foreign body? has the bath made any difference?
